Project Manager – Medium-sized & Complex Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-sized and complex projects in Lisbon. The role requires strong technical and stakeholder management abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project plans, including execution, communication, and mitigation actions.
• Align financial execution with project objectives and budgets.
• Maintain clear, assertive communication with stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• Prepare regular status reports, management information, and decision‑support documentation.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve project constraints and blockers.
• Promote cross‑team collaboration to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 10 years of experience managing medium‑sized and complex projects.
• Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and resolve critical project roadblocks.
