Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead transformation projects for banking and financial services clients. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, priorities, timelines, resources and key activities.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders, clarifying responsibilities, deadlines and updates.
• Monitor progress by tracking tasks, milestones, resources and overall performance.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, proposing solutions and coordinating responses.
• Facilitate communication through meetings, information sharing and follow‑up actions.
• Assess and manage project changes, adjusting plans and communicating updates.
• Report status with clear updates on progress, challenges, risks and upcoming activities.
• Ensure successful delivery by reviewing deliverables, confirming objectives are met and supporting project closure.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken, C1+).
• Proven experience in project management, coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a proactive approach to challenges and risks.
• Good understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.

• Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €45,000, based on experience.
