Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end projects within our aircraft maintenance (MRO) business. The role combines project delivery with commercial and sales activities, interacting with national and international clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates and commercial proposals, and oversee accurate invoicing.
• Lead client negotiations, manage contractual aspects and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
• Track progress, report on status, risks and issues, and support project closure.
• Participate in national and international conferences, visit clients and represent the company.
• Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and assist in sales reporting.
• Help prepare pricing models, commercial presentations and provide post‑sale customer support.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the MRO sector.
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with solid communication skills.
