Project Manager

About the role

GRiT® is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and digital solutions projects, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality outcomes while fostering innovation and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Manage project lifecycles using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with C‑level stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
• Oversee task prioritisation, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Systematise solutions for client implementation and monitor progress through tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Atlas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or digital environments.
• Proven ability to work with C‑level executives and diverse project teams.
• Strong organisational, autonomous and proactive work style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile.
• Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas.
• Experience in analysing, planning and prioritising tasks.
