Project Manager (IT, Junior/Mid, Hybrid)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a motivated Project Manager with a technical background to lead IT projects for a variety of clients. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on-site in Lisbon, and offers the chance to work with modern development teams using Agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain project documentation in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders in both Portuguese and English.
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality, timeline and budget expectations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT project management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical IT role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.
