Project Manager – French Speaking (IT Industrialization)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead industrialisation initiatives within our software development teams. The role combines process optimisation, CI/CD improvement and AI‑driven innovation in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and standardisation of quality gates across the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance CI/CD practices to optimise software delivery and deployment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialisation, boosting efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the area manager to align industrialisation projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (minimum B2) – both spoken and written.
• Proven project management experience, preferably with a focus on IT industrialisation.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps and quality‑assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
