Project Manager (French) – Communications Systems

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager fluent in French to lead the implementation of communication system projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small projects or portions of larger projects, coordinating the work of the project team.
• Utilize project management tools such as scheduling, critical path analysis, budgeting, change order and risk assessment to monitor progress.
• Allocate resources, manage project finances and ensure pre‑tax profit targets are met.
• Maintain direct communication with customers and senior internal stakeholders, conducting regular project reviews.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, action item logs and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in public safety communications, cellular infrastructure, military communications, oil & gas, or civil construction.
• Working towards or holding PMP, CAPM or PM Master’s certification (PMP highly desired).
• Strong understanding of two‑way radio and cellular communications products, services and systems.
