Project Manager – Cybersecurity Initiatives

About the role

Flutter Functions, the security‑focused centre of excellence within Flutter Entertainment, is looking for a Project Manager to support the Head of Cyber Operations & Delivery. You will help drive the timely delivery of global cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are executed with consistency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Apply standardized project‑management methodologies, reporting structures and stakeholder‑engagement models across the Cyber Operations & Delivery portfolio.
• Translate diverse stakeholder requirements into clear project plans with measurable milestones and outcomes.
• Lead the design, planning and execution of key cybersecurity projects, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Collaborate with security engineers, architects, and technology teams to align project goals with broader security objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex technology or security projects.
• Strong ability to anticipate strategic problems and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, innovative environments.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST.
• Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary technical teams.
