Project Manager Cyberculture and Awareness

About the role

The Project Manager Cyberculture and Awareness will lead the design and execution of BNP Paribas' cybersecurity awareness communication strategy across all Group entities. You will coordinate internal communication, develop engaging content, and ensure the delivery of mandatory eLearning programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness communication plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate internal communication efforts with the Group Communication entity to ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan, organize, and promote events such as conferences and internal workshops that raise cybersecurity awareness.
• Create and produce content for websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Measure campaign performance, analyse results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide support to Cyberculture referents in each entity and activate internal networks for phishing awareness.
• Lead the design and delivery of a mandatory Cyberdefense eLearning programme for all staff, collaborating with suppliers, HR, and Communication teams.
• Report activity outcomes to the Cyberculture Team in Paris.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity communication or a similar role.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
