Project Management & Internal Auditor

About the role

MCM Systems is seeking a Project Management & Internal Auditor to oversee the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of its industrial projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and management teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and project documentation.
• Support internal audits of projects and operational processes.
• Prepare project reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assist management with planning, reporting, and internal coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in project management, internal auditing, or a similar role.
• Background in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
