About the role

The Primary School Professor will plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary students, supporting their academic, social, emotional and personal development in a safe and inclusive environment. The role aligns the curriculum with the school’s mission, vision and values while fostering student‑centred teaching practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the primary academic programme.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the primary teaching team.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress and implement support strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians and participate in school events.
• Prepare academic reports, timetables and ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field and a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in primary education (exact number not specified).
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, instructional and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
