Production & Industrialisation Coordinator

About the role

As a Production & Industrialisation Coordinator you will join LDC’s Production department and report to the Production Manager. You will be responsible for a portfolio of fashion footwear clients, ensuring the full production cycle runs smoothly from technical set‑up to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site trials and industrialisation activities, managing wear tests, PPS and size‑set validations directly in partner factories.
• Launch technical set‑up of new models at the factory, monitor key milestones on the production floor and drive rapid, quality‑focused industrialisation.
• Support Production Managers by gathering and reporting real‑time information on leather and component deliveries, order status and schedule adjustments.
• Track availability of test items (leathers, pairs) and coordinate their shipment to overseas partner laboratories.
• Conduct quality control on receipt of key components (skins, soles) and document results for continuous follow‑up.

Required profile

• Field‑oriented professional who spends most of the time in factories and supplier sites.
• Experience launching technical set‑ups of footwear models directly with factory technicians.
• Ability to provide Production Managers with accurate, timely order status and schedule information.
