Product Strategy Manager

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Strategy Manager to join the CEO Office. In this role you will help shape the company’s long‑term fintech strategy, identify market gaps and drive product initiatives that accelerate mass adoption across core and new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior executives and the CEO in developing viewpoints on specific fintech verticals and defining cohesive long‑term product strategies.
• Act as the company’s eyes and ears, feeding market intelligence back into corporate strategy and departmental roadmaps.
• Track and analyse competitive positioning and product performance on a global scale.
• Help scope, launch and define initial product propositions for new verticals and expansion markets.
• Design go‑to‑market strategies for new market entries.

Required profile

• A STEM or highly quantitative degree from a top‑tier university.
• 3+ years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting, investment banking/PE/VC, or a fast‑growing technology company in a business, product, or strategy role.
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement across different areas.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
