Product Marketing Manager

About the role

TeamViewer is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end product marketing initiatives for its Digital Workplace platform. You will work closely with product, sales, and partner teams to shape positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies across global carrier, MSP, and alliance segments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product management to champion the customer’s voice from strategy to execution.
• Conduct market and customer research to refine target markets, segments, and personas.
• Define strategic positioning, value propositions, and master messaging for all product assets.
• Create multi‑channel marketing content such as blogs, decks, demos, whitepapers, and videos.
• Manage product launch frameworks, including GTM plans, assets, and campaign recommendations.
• Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, battlecards, use‑case narratives) and support competitive positioning.
• Lead cross‑departmental conversations to ensure consistent product design, language, and messaging.

Required profile

• 3+ years of marketing experience at an international SaaS company, focusing on SMB, SME, or MSP markets.
• 2+ years of product marketing experience with a solid understanding of customer and market requirements.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable go‑to‑market strategies.
