Product Manager - Fraud Solutions

About the role

Feedzai is seeking a motivated Product Manager to help shape its Account Opening risk management solutions within the Fraud & Identity product suite. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design and business teams to drive the roadmap and deliver innovative fraud prevention capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify future roadmap scope for fraud prevention solutions alongside senior Product Managers.
• Analyze product usage and CSAT data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Gather and track customer feedback, ensuring key requests influence roadmap releases.
• Coordinate sprint activities, clarifying feature scope and integration within the broader solution ecosystem.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (research, sales, marketing, customer success) to align the product roadmap with strategy and vision.
• Work with risk and data‑science teams to evaluate use‑cases and evolve risk models, rules and strategies.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to sponsor, integrate, and collect feedback on the Account Opening solution.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user experience and interface design.
• Leverage product analytics to understand user behavior and drive rapid experimentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager for fraud, identity or related financial‑crime platforms.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and deliver roadmap items.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience setting measurable goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in English; additional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech or digital payments is valued.
