Product Designer L1

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Product Designer L1 to join its vibrant Design team in Bangkok. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive, high‑quality digital experiences that serve travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases and help define product requirements.
• Design, prototype, and test concepts with users to gather feedback.
• Present design solutions to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in person.
• Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings.
• Document design processes and rationales, championing cohesion and consistency across the user experience.
• Contribute to improving the overall customer experience across Agoda’s platform.
