Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing for industrial services and capital expenditures. You will ensure optimal total cost of ownership, secure reliable supply, and support our sustainability goals within a circular‑economy model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for industrial services and Capex, aligning with business needs and TCO targets.
• Conduct market analysis, manage tender processes, negotiate terms, select suppliers and oversee contracting.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, assess risks and drive improvement actions.
• Manage framework agreements to improve procurement efficiency and mitigate supply risks.
• Ensure procurement processes reflect negotiation outcomes and comply with internal policies.
• Evaluate financial risks of critical suppliers and handle claims or contractual deviations.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems for full traceability.
• Identify, track and report savings, cost‑avoidance initiatives and other procurement benefits.
• Monitor market trends and innovations to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Superior degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
