Procurement Specialist – Centralised Procurement Team

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Procurement Specialist to join our centralised procurement team in Porto. You will support multiple markets by managing RFQs, purchase orders and ensuring rate compliance, helping Kantar maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage end‑to‑end RFQs and purchase orders in Coupa for assigned markets.
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm rates, clarify cost details and ensure alignment with agreed rate cards.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and provide accurate cost inputs to internal stakeholders.
• Support smooth PO‑to‑invoice processing and keep detailed records.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or order management.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Coupa (or similar procurement system) knowledge.
