Procurement Manager - Business Services

About the role

Farfetch is seeking a senior Procurement Manager to lead its Business Services procurement function from our vibrant Porto office. You will shape global and local category strategies, drive contract optimisation and partner with senior leaders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing procurement team, ensuring talent retention and succession planning.
• Design and execute macro‑level global category strategies that balance cost, quality, service and risk.
• Run strategic workshops on sourcing, procurement‑led change and contract optimisation.
• Oversee governance, resource allocation and timely delivery of category programmes.
• Maintain a balanced project pipeline aligned with business objectives and financial plans.
• Act as the primary procurement partner for senior stakeholders, including Board‑level executives, influencing a complex, multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in total cost of ownership (TCO) and financial modelling.
• Analytical and creative problem‑solver able to turn data and market intelligence into innovative procurement solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed international organisations and build cross‑functional rapport.
• Demonstrated track record of managing international teams and fostering continuous performance.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments while embodying core organisational values.
