Procurement Controlling Internship (Extracurricular)

About the role

This extracurricular internship offers a hands‑on experience in procurement controlling within Bosch's Home Comfort division in Aveiro. You will work with a cross‑functional team to support data‑driven decision making and contribute to cost transparency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports by analysing key KPIs, validating purchasing data and flagging inconsistencies.
• Maintain and update procurement controlling databases and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for year‑to‑date tracking.
• Support the preparation of payment‑terms reports through regular updates and continuous improvement.
• Assist forecasting and business‑planning activities by collecting, analysing and checking data plausibility.
• Contribute to digitalisation and process‑improvement initiatives by supporting data integrations and enhancing reporting tools.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Controlling or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement or controlling processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Proactive attitude with good organisational and time‑management skills, eager to develop analytical capabilities.
