Presentation Designer, Creative Services

About the role

As a Presentation Designer you will work closely with client teams and business partners to deliver high‑quality, fast‑turnaround presentation design that aligns with Bain and client brand standards. You will collaborate with business leaders, content owners and fellow designers to turn complex ideas into clear visual communications.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality, fast‑turnaround design work for client teams and business partners in line with brand standards.
• Support client teams and business partners in delivering accurate and timely work.
• Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions to make information clear, simple, and visually effective.
• Apply knowledge of presentation design tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualization.
• Work independently or as part of a design team, following established design direction.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, incorporating feedback and providing updates.
• Manage workload effectively by estimating task requirements, identifying potential roadblocks, and keeping collaboration tools up to date.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a design‑focused professional environment.
• Portfolio of presentation design or related design work.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail across design assignments.
• Effective time‑management and ability to communicate potential roadblocks.
• Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and respond constructively to feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
