About the role

Alignerr is seeking a Precision Medicine Data Lead to shape AI systems that interpret complex genomic and clinical datasets. This fully remote, flexible contract position allows you to apply your expertise in health data to drive scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomic, clinical, and biomarker data into unified analytics frameworks.
• Lead analytical strategies to transform multi‑modal healthcare datasets into AI‑ready insights.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs for scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and data quality.
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to align data strategy with real‑world healthcare goals.
• Apply data governance and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and IRB standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with large‑scale genomic, clinical, or life‑sciences datasets.
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating scientific data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently on asynchronous, task‑based assignments.
• Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating AI‑generated scientific content.
