Power BI Developer – Business Intelligence

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a passionate Power BI Developer to join its growing team of 180+ professionals. You will be responsible for turning business data into clear, actionable visual insights that support decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong visual focus.
• Design and optimise semantic data models to enable robust business insights.
• Ensure all deliverables follow internal style guidelines and reporting standards.
• Analyse reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Apply best practices in data visualisation and Power BI development.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Strong understanding of data visualisation best practices and reporting concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret reporting requirements and style guidelines.
• English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.
