Power BI Data Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

Wire IT, a fast‑growing IT consulting firm in Portugal, is looking for a Power BI Data Analyst who is fluent in French. The position is hybrid, based in either Porto or Lisbon, and focuses on delivering data‑driven insights through Power BI while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal and client projects.
• Integrate data from Google Cloud Platform services, especially BigQuery and Cloud Composer, into analytical models.
• Build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SSIS and custom Python scripts.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, transformation, and integration best practices.
• Provide incident‑management support and resolve data‑related problems in a timely manner.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise tasks and communicate analytical findings.

Required profile

• Professional experience with Power BI and a solid understanding of data‑visualisation principles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery and Cloud Composer.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT processes, SSIS, Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Agile project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• French language proficiency of at least B2 level.
