About the role

Join a multicultural team supporting Airbnb’s global community of hosts and guests. As a Portuguese Customer Advisor you will handle inquiries in Portuguese and English, delivering high‑quality assistance through written and phone channels while working on‑site in Porto.

Key responsibilities

• Manage host and guest queries, providing effective solutions.
• Communicate via phone and written channels, ensuring compliance with service quality standards.
• Meet productivity targets and service quality goals.
• Follow management directions and give feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Native or proficient Portuguese (C2) and advanced English (C1) – both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, attentive listening, and superior writing abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Porto.
