Porto Site Lead

About the role

Patreon is seeking a Porto Site Lead to ensure the Trust & Safety pipeline runs smoothly during EU hours and to coordinate work between the Porto site and U.S. teams. This senior position will act as the local advocate for safety operations, turning regional signals into global actions and communicating changes clearly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy safety pipeline for EU hours, ensuring timely handling of Trust & Safety issues.
• Facilitate seamless workflow between the Porto site and U.S. operations.
• Chair the Porto Leadership Council and partner with Admin/HR on site-wide decisions.
• Represent the needs of all Porto teams in strategic discussions.
• Lead through influence with dotted‑line relationships, reporting to the Director of Trust & Safety Operations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and drive adoption of effective solutions.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Trust & Safety, risk, operations, or a related field with site or regional leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.
• Experience leading teams or sites in the EU/UK region.
• Strong ability to translate local insights into global actions.
