Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing outsourcing/BPO team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and issues in both Polish and English while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls on a 24/7 rotating schedule.
• Investigate and resolve buyer, seller, and creator issues, including order and logistics queries.
• Review reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Polish speaker and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong active‑listening skills and ability to solve problems on the first contact.
• Comfortable handling stressful situations and working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Previous contact‑centre or customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Enthusiastic with technology (smartphone, tablet, computer) and a customer‑friendly attitude.
