Photo Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and detail‑oriented Photo Specialist to join our store team. In this role you will deliver a delightful customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and supporting ancillary services such as FedEx and Western Union.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers at the photo counter, identify their needs and recommend appropriate photo products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges and rain checks while following cash‑handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory, supplies and operational readiness of the photo department, monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability.
• Fulfill in‑store, online and web‑pickup photo orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support for auxiliary services (FedEx, Western Union) and ensure compliance with related policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot photo equipment and use store systems to support daily operations.
• Keep the photo area clean, organized, safe and well‑merchandised, contributing to overall store standards.
