Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Performance & Growth Manager to own and scale its online marketing strategy for the Dutch market. You will lead a lean team, manage a full marketing budget, and act as a strategic partner across country, business development, and global marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support a small performance team, setting priorities and ensuring accountability.
• Own and optimise paid social, paid search and CRM channels to drive revenue, ROI and contribution margin.
• Plan, execute and optimise full‑funnel campaigns, reallocating budget based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and Business Development team on pricing, promotions and commercial strategy.
• Work with global and local website, creative and CRM teams to test and scale traffic‑generation initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, contribution margin) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Experiment with new channels and ideas in a structured, controlled manner and scale successful tests.

Required profile

• Leadership experience managing a small team or leading cross‑functional projects.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business impact.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimising paid social, paid search and CRM campaigns.
