About the role

Join the iconic luxury brand Zadig & Voltaire as a Part‑Time Sales Assistant in Lisbon. Working 20 hours per week, you will deliver premium service to a discerning clientele while supporting the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist demanding customers, providing personalized advice to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets using key commercial indicators and manage cash‑desk transactions.
• Receive, label, and display merchandise, maintaining impeccable store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and handle returns and repairs.
• Review sales figures and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in sales with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive on challenges, learn quickly, and demonstrate a genuine affinity for the brand.
