Packaging Coordinator

About the role

The Packaging Coordinator joins the sterile and non‑sterile product packaging team, ensuring that finished goods are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for distribution. Working within defined procedures, the role requires hands‑on operation of packaging equipment in a regulated production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging and labeling machinery with minimal supervision, following established SOPs.
• Clean, pack, and label sterile and non‑sterile finished products.
• Execute work routines according to instructions, process guides, and operational manuals.
• Verify that each product is accurately packaged and labeled before advancing in the workflow.
• Apply knowledge of packaging processes, procedures, and related systems.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area that meets operational and safety standards.
• Identify basic process deviations and follow escalation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging, labeling, manufacturing, or production.
• Hands‑on experience operating packaging and/or labeling machinery.
• Practical understanding of production processes, procedures, and systems.
• Experience working with defined operational routines and procedures.
