About the role
We are looking for an Organic Social Media Manager to join a leading iGaming brand in Lisbon. You will be responsible for creating and executing high‑impact organic content across multiple platforms, ensuring each piece aligns with brand identity and market trends.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and schedule organic content for various social channels.
- Adapt visuals, copy, and concepts to fit different brand identities and global market trends.
- Maintain on‑brand, high‑quality content tailored to each platform.
- Manage multiple posting calendars to guarantee consistent, timely delivery.
- Monitor social channels, engage with global communities, and moderate interactions.
- Escalate customer‑service issues to internal teams as the frontline representative.
- Analyze community sentiment, identify emerging topics, and spot viral opportunities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and new content formats.
- Identify real‑time content opportunities scalable across brands or regions.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking within the iGaming landscape.
- Track organic performance metrics, produce reports, and use data to propose improvements.
- Run A/B tests on formats and captions to optimize reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with design, brand, and paid social teams for a cohesive 360° marketing approach.
Required profile
- Experience working in the iGaming sector.
- At least 2 years managing organic social media channels professionally.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to switch quickly between different brand voices and tones.
- Basic design or content editing capabilities.
- Strong creative writing and digital storytelling skills.
- High adaptability to fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Data‑driven mindset, turning metrics into actionable ideas.
