Oracle B2B Eloqua Senior Manager

About the role

As an Oracle B2B Eloqua Senior Manager you will lead consulting engagements focused on Oracle lead to revenue solutions, including lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience capabilities that help clients improve operational efficiency and support the customer journey. You will lead large projects, apply sound judgment, guide teams through complexity, and use your influence to drive results while building trusted client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle B2B Eloqua implementation workstreams across lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions.
• Advise clients on Oracle and Zuora configurations that support lead‑to‑revenue processes and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs for customer data, subscription, revenue, and billing processes.
• Guide teams through fit‑gap analysis, solution mapping, testing, and deployment activities for complex application programs.
• Coordinate technical and functional issue resolution across Salesforce‑style go‑to‑market processes, Oracle cloud platforms, and integrated third‑party tools.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree and 7 + years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, MIS, or Computer Science.
• Experience delivering Oracle B2B Eloqua client solutions for revenue operations.
• Ability to apply systems thinking across lead‑to‑revenue workflows and translate complex ideas into clear stakeholder messages.
