Operations Specialist, Enterprise

About the role

As an Operations Specialist for Tesla’s B2B division, you will manage the end‑to‑end order pipeline for corporate and leasing customers, ensuring a smooth journey from order entry through invoicing, delivery and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and account managers to meet B2B pipeline targets.
• Perform daily pipeline tasks such as order accuracy audits, invoicing, delivery authorisations and automated email updates.
• Maintain B2B mailboxes for Portugal and respond to inbound queries from leasing customers, brokers and corporate clients within SLA timeframes.
• Support users of the Tesla For Business portal, Driver Management and Tesla App.
• Authorize delivery appointments and ensure invoicing automation delivers final invoices before vehicle hand‑over.
• Verify payment compliance with agreed terms and coordinate with Funding, Payments and IT teams.
• Identify and report system issues, and educate customer‑facing colleagues on B2B order processes.
• Work with Direct Operations to align home‑delivery schedules and continuously improve processes through automation and simplification.
• Provide insights to Account Managers on pipeline trends and potential issues.

Required profile

• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and proven customer‑service excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office suite.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills as required by local markets.
• Experience or understanding of the leasing industry is advantageous.
