Operations Regional Director – EMEA

About the role

Indie Campers is looking for an Operations Regional Director to lead its EMEA operations from Lisbon. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the performance of the UK, Ireland and Central Europe depots, ensuring fleet availability, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the regional operations team and local depot managers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of regional processes, driving fleet availability and service quality.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, handling feedback and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with central functions to adapt processes to regional needs.
• Deliver operational expansion projects and ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Manage the regional P&L, controlling operational costs while supporting revenue and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑site operations within logistics or mobility sectors.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Track record of achieving operational KPIs such as fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, marketing and product teams.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
