Operations Auditor

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated Internal Auditor to join its Audit team. You will work closely with Risk and Compliance to design, execute, and report on internal audits across technology, payments, and operational resilience functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional Internal Audit heads to audit processes and controls across financial crime, operations, technology, and financial risk domains.
• Deliver 3+ end‑to‑end internal audits within six months, including scoping, risk assessment, control testing, and reporting.
• Formalise audit deliverables using Revolut’s methodologies, templates, and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to stay informed of business priorities and incorporate them into risk assessments.
• Validate management’s remediation of prior audit findings against agreed success criteria.
• Leverage data analytics to identify risks, test controls, uncover inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure the control framework complies with relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an audit‑related role, preferably within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Strong proactive problem‑solving abilities and comfort operating independently amid ambiguity.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of Revolut’s product suite and value proposition.
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
