About the role

The Online Order Filling Team Associate is responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for online orders at a Walmart Supercenter. You will ensure each order is accurate, complete, and ready for customer pickup or delivery, while providing courteous assistance when substitutions are needed.

Key responsibilities

• Locate items in the store and gather them for online orders.
• Prepare, pack, and label merchandise according to Walmart standards.
• Verify order accuracy and make appropriate product substitutions.
• Communicate with customers to resolve any order issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow schedule, meet performance metrics, and adhere to premium eligibility criteria.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time or part‑time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical capability to lift and move merchandise safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
