Oncology Case Manager (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Caris is seeking an Oncology Case Manager to support its precision‑medicine platform in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on end‑to‑end customer relationship management, ensuring a seamless experience from order initiation through delivery of laboratory reports.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support.
• Execute retention strategies and grow existing accounts.
• Build value‑based relationships, driving increased utilization of products and services.
• Communicate regularly with Customer Support and Commercial Leadership to share feedback and best practices.
• Document all customer interactions and activities in the CRM.
• Develop practical knowledge of company products, reimbursement processes, and molecular profiling solutions.
• Escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction and maintain assigned equipment.
• Submit required reports accurately and on time.
• Support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
• Assist physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, ensuring QC report accuracy and handling PHI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of account management or customer‑facing experience in pharma, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Understanding of clinic‑based business practices.
• Ability to learn proprietary software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
