About the role
The On Call Vault Room Teller is responsible for managing cash across multiple points of sale within a live‑event venue. Working under the Cash Handling Supervisor, the teller ensures accurate cash collection, reconciliation, and security throughout events.
Key responsibilities
- Create and secure POS cash banks in the vault, hand them to cashiers, and record transactions.
- Collect excess cash during events, control cash issued to cashiers, and reconcile currency, coins, and card transactions.
- Analyze stand sheets, POS reports, and cashiers’ over/shorts for variances and report findings.
- Assist with vault reconciliations, count house bank balances, and work with security and F&B management on cash‑handling violations.
- Log and report all tips received and notify IT or F&B management of POS or credit‑card system malfunctions.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cash‑handling or vault environment.
Required skills
- Strong math skills and high aptitude for figures.
- Professional attitude with strict confidentiality standards.
