About the role
We are expanding our reception team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Night Audit and Tournant staff. The successful candidates will work during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and supporting the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage night‑time check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Perform daily financial audit tasks and reconcile transactions.
- Provide assistance to guests with inquiries, reservations and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare end‑of‑shift reports.
- Rotate between reception duties and audit responsibilities as needed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and reliability during night hours.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to support the team.
