New Business Account Manager

About the role

Luxclusif is seeking a New Business Account Manager to expand its client portfolio and launch new partnerships for its global luxury resale platform. Based in the vibrant business hub near Porto, you will own the full new‑business lifecycle, from prospect identification to onboarding and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients, markets and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct targeted outreach, build a qualified pipeline and lead discovery conversations.
• Assess opportunities for commercial potential, strategic fit and operational feasibility.
• Prepare proposals, business cases and drive commercial negotiations to agreement.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, commercially sustainable operating models.
• Coordinate onboarding across Commercial, Operations, Logistics, Technology, Product, Finance and Legal teams.
• Track milestones, risks and decisions throughout testing and launch phases.
• Create playbooks, templates, guidelines and processes to improve team efficiency.
• Develop new business models in response to emerging market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B new‑business, business development, partnerships or client solutions.
• Proven track record in prospecting, outreach, qualification, pipeline management and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to combine commercial thinking with strong operational execution.
• Comfortable leading complex cross‑functional work without formal authority.
• Structured, analytical, proactive and hands‑on approach.
• Clear and confident communicator in English; French or German is a plus.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, resale, marketplaces or e‑commerce is advantageous.
