Network Support Engineer – Benin

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will troubleshoot network incidents, maintain equipment, and support daily network operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for network‑related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance, respond to alerts, and manage outages.
• Maintain ticket updates and documentation for all incidents.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve complex problems.
• Assist with network maintenance, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Communicate status and resolution of issues in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in network support or a similar role.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco or comparable networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory is advantageous.
