Network Operations Analyst

About the role

The Network Operations Analyst will turn complex provider network and operational data into actionable insights that drive performance improvement and regulatory compliance within a healthcare environment. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering clear reports, dashboards and visualizations on network adequacy, access to care and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and automate reports and dashboards to monitor network management processes and compliance.
• Analyze provider network adequacy, geographic distribution, provider‑to‑member ratios and access standards.
• Generate reports on provider availability by specialty, region and line of business.
• Evaluate utilization trends and monitor operational metrics such as case volumes, turnaround times and onboarding timelines.
• Ensure data integrity across claims, provider and operational systems, addressing data quality issues.
• Support compliance reporting and audits with accurate network data.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
• Experience working with provider networks, operations and regulatory standards.
• Ability to collaborate with Provider Network, Operations and leadership teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and compliance.
