Mobile Software Engineer – iOS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Software Engineer specialized in iOS to join our EnBW Tech Hub in Lisbon. You will work in an agile, international team to create high‑quality, scalable mobile solutions that support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, refine and document requirements in the ticketing system.
• Design and develop complex iOS applications within distributed IT architectures, emphasizing quality and stability.
• Write effective unit tests to ensure reliable software functionality.
• Participate in project meetings, representing the mobile area and contributing to decision‑making.
• Handle pull requests, perform thorough code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Keep project boards up‑to‑date by managing your own tickets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing iOS applications in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectural principles and best practices.
• Professional‑level expertise in requirements engineering and access/identity management for mobile apps.

Required skills

• iOS development with Swift, SwiftUI and Objective‑C.
• Apple Xcode and Swift Package Manager.
• Unit testing, code review and Git pull‑request workflow.
• Requirements engineering, access and identity management.
