Mobile Device Management Engineer (Puerto Rico)

About the role

The Mobility Device Management (MDM) Engineer will join RTX Enterprise Services in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. Working within a small team of engineers, you will design, test, and deploy mobile device management solutions that meet strict aerospace and defense requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage MDM solutions such as MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain mobile devices, applications, and security policies.
• Develop, enforce, and audit mobile security and compliance standards.
• Participate in vendor meetings to ensure timely delivery and resolve product issues.
• Provide fourth‑level support for mobile device, connectivity, and MDM incidents.
• Architect and execute improvements in sandbox and production MDM environments.
• Perform system upgrades on on‑premise and cloud servers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship or U.S. Person status (required for access to program information).
• Experience working with enterprise‑level MDM platforms.
• Ability to manage complex projects and ad‑hoc requests independently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to drive issues to resolution.
