Mobile Developer (Android / iOS)

About the role

Empa‑T is looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join an international team focused on creating innovative digital products. You will work on native Android and/or iOS applications that serve thousands of users, delivering high‑quality solutions in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver new features.
• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and stability across a range of devices.
• Integrate mobile apps with REST APIs and backend services.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security issues.
• Contribute to code reviews and promote best development practices.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional mobile development experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
