MFC Store Manager – Lisbon

About the role

Glovo is looking for an MFC Store Manager to lead a Micro Fulfillment Center in Lisbon. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring fast and reliable grocery deliveries, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a warehouse team of more than 8 people, including hiring, training and mentoring Team Leaders and Pickers.
• Develop and execute the MFC business model with a 360° mindset.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Operations, Category Management, Finance, Health & Safety, Procurement) to ensure flawless execution.
• Lead project implementation, translate analysis into actionable tasks and drive ongoing improvements.
• Promote Glovo’s core values and maintain a startup‑like, results‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as operations, consulting or retail.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and lead change initiatives.
• Data‑driven decision making combined with solid business judgment.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory (Spanish a plus).
• Ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
