Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Meta Ads & Performance Creative Strategist to lead the development, launch, and optimisation of paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. This hybrid position blends creative strategy, data‑driven analysis, and hands‑on execution within Meta Ads Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Research competitors, fitness trends and customer pain points to generate fresh ad angles, hooks and concepts.
• Create detailed briefs for designers, video editors and UGC creators.
• Upload, launch and organise campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads Manager following a structured testing plan.
• Monitor delivery, disapprovals and performance issues; pause, duplicate or iterate ads based on data.
• Analyse performance metrics in Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale, comparing platform data with actual business results.
• Identify high‑performing creatives, offers and landing pages, and recommend scaling or optimisation.
• Use Triple Whale for attribution, revenue tracking and to reconcile platform ROAS with store performance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how creative, data, product positioning and ad execution work together to drive profitable growth.
• Experience researching market trends and translating insights into compelling ad concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tests with clear naming conventions and tracking parameters.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable tests.
