Member Services Junior Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Member Services Junior Coordinator to join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club team in Comporta, Portugal. In this front‑line position you will be one of the first points of contact for members and guests, delivering warm, personalized service and supporting daily club operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name, ensuring a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
• Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and manage the Member Services inbox with prompt, professional responses.
• Create and update member profiles, itineraries, reservations, transportation arrangements and activity schedules.
• Assist with check‑ins and check‑outs for on‑property accommodation and provide information on club amenities.
• Keep the club app, weekly activity offerings and member‑facing materials current.
• Support the planning and execution of member events, including preparation of collateral, invitations and activity calendars.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date list of trusted local vendors and coordinate service requests.
• Answer club phone calls, prepare daily and evening operational reports, and collaborate with Sales on guest visits and property tours.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); hospitality or communications degree preferred.
• Warm, outgoing communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm during busy periods.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and move for long periods, both indoors and outdoors.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
