Member Care Coordinator – Licensed Nurse

About the role

As a Member Care Coordinator at TejoMed, you will blend high‑touch concierge service with essential clinical duties. You will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring every interaction—from the first phone call to follow‑up visits—feels personal and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily schedule and phone line, handling appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Welcome members at the front desk, greet them by name, and anticipate their needs.
• Book external specialist, imaging, and laboratory appointments and ensure intake forms are completed.
• Send proactive reminders for labs, vaccines, and annual exams.
• Support leadership with research, vendor comparisons, personal scheduling, and event logistics.
• Perform clinical tasks during the morning lab window: InBody body composition assessments, vital‑sign measurements, blood draws, and specimen collection.
• Tri­age inbound concerns, route them to the appropriate team member, and document notes in the digital platform.

Required profile

• Licensed nurse fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Available full‑time on‑site, Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00.
• Comfortable balancing coordination, hospitality, and hands‑on clinical work.
• Enthusiastic about creating a well‑organized, concierge‑style clinic experience.
